Made with 100% native Montepulciano Abruzzese grapes harvested by hand in the Teramo province of Abruzzo, this is a wine that can be enjoyed young or kept in your cellar for years. Our goal when creating the Torre Zeda lineup of wines was to give all wine lovers the opportunity to enjoy well-made, authentic wines any day of the week. 

Travel the world and you will have trouble finding a "rosé" as unique as Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo. Light enough for the most delicate seafood or a summertime aperitivo with enough structure and complexity for a steak in the middle of winter, there is truly no other "rosé" like it. Despite a quick maceration with minimal skin contact, there is enough extraction to give this "rosé" a longer shelf life than your typical "rosé".

Freshness, balanced acidity, citrus, simplicity - a few words that come to mind when drinking this traditional "Abruzzese" wine. Trebbiano is a cherished grape of the Abruzzo people which when done right, is the best Trebbiano in the world. In other regions of Italy, it is not possible to make single varietal Trebbiano wines because different clones of this grape don't have the same complexity as the Trebbiano from Abruzzo. This wine is at its peak when served chilled with seafood on a warm summer day.
